With over two decades of experience spanning Fortune 500 companies, global sponsorship platforms, and high-impact corporate events, Kelly Hellner is a seasoned marketing and events strategist with a proven track record of delivering results through innovative experiential programs, sponsorships, and brand activations.
Most recently serving as Senior Planner of Corporate Events at Swagelok, Kelly leads logistics and project management for major internal gatherings and workforce engagement events, including company-wide town halls and leadership summits. In addition, she led employer branding efforts through strategic community partnerships like the Cleveland Guardians STEM Day initiative.
Prior to Swagelok, Kelly was Senior Manager of Experiential & Sponsorship Marketing at Nestlé USA, where she drove consumer engagement across leading food brands through large-scale sponsorships and integrated campaigns. Notably, she led the national Stouffer’s partnership with Minor League Baseball, surpassing sales targets by 50% and generating over 18 million combined digital and in-venue impressions. At Nestlé, she also launched an integrated brand experience with FanDuel reaching DiGiorno’s target audience through digital fantasy sports contests and sampling activation at FanDuel’s FanFest tentpole event.
Kelly’s deep expertise in entertainment and music marketing was honed over eight years at Live Nation Entertainment, where she served as Senior Account Director for national media and sponsorships. There, she managed multi-million dollar brand partnerships for clients such as Pop-Tarts, Cadillac, BACARDÍ, and Honda, producing innovative programs across concerts, festivals, digital platforms, and livestream experiences. Several campaigns under her leadership achieved award recognition and measurable growth in sales, engagement, and brand equity.
Notable Brand Campaigns:
● Secret Deodorant (2015): Connected with millennial women via EDM festival integrations and influencer campaigns; resulted in +3% sales growth in year one.
● BACARDÍ (2017): Built immersive music culture presence across festivals and venues; delivered: 15% lift in brand perception and purchase intent, $157K in on-site sales at Bonnaroo, 1MM+ POS displays, 175K sweepstakes entries, and 1.35M impressions.
● Cadillac (2020–21): Account lead for The Arrival Sessions livestream with The Roots to launch the 2021 Escalade; generated 32.8M impressions and 11.3M video views.
● Honda Civic (2021): Executed 20th Anniversary Civic Tour as a Twitch-based mixed reality concert featuring H.E.R.; earned 746K live views and +57% concurrent viewership over platform average. The campaign received the 2022 Best Pandemic-era Pivot Strategy Ex Award.
Earlier in her career, Kelly built a strong foundation in client service and youth marketing through roles at The Marketing Arm, Alloy Media + Marketing, DraftFCB, and the Cleveland Botanical Garden. Across each role, she has been known for operational excellence, creative thinking, and a deep understanding of how to connect brands with audiences in meaningful ways.
Now as the founder of Spark Moments, LLC, Kelly looks forward to returning to her roots in consumer brand marketing, leveraging a wealth of experience to help clients develop and execute marketing strategies, impactful brand experiences, that drive audience awareness and build loyalty.
